Coming up with Character Names

Coming up with character names can be hard, especially for that one special character of yours. Which is why today I'm here with some tips for naming your characters!

Going On A Drive:

Yep, you heard me right! Going on a drive can provide lots of inspiration. A lot of street signs have names you can use or mix up the letters a little. Just remember to bring and notebook and a pen (or pencil, but personally I prefer a pen). Because, if your out in the middle of nowhere, and an idea strikes but you have nothing to write on or write with, it can be a disaster. So don't forget to bring a notebook and pen! Some phones also have a Notes app you can get, which is helpful!

Daydreaming:

This one works 99% of the time, especially mixing up letters. For example, take two words/names, put them together or mix up the letters, and you have a whole different name!

Note: this also works for naming worlds, towns, and fantasy creatures.

Baby Naming Websites:

These have a ton of names in both genders, perfect for finding a name for your character! Personally, I haven't really tried these, but apparently, they're really helpful.
